Lucia Kašiarová is a choreographer, dancer, performer and actress. She studied at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Bratislava and at the Music and Dance Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. She was awarded the Dancer of the Year at the 2012 Czech Dance Platform. Lucia is a dancer, who takes dance as a source of inspiration for life, and a worshiper of improvisation and coincidence. She has organised modern dance festivals and events since ten years. She has worked with the Prague-based company VerTeDance, with Peter Machajdík, Julyen Hamilton, Milli Bitterli, Paul Wenninger, Oleg Soulimenko, Jaro Viňarský, Vanda Hybnerová, and many others.
